Ms. Lefebvre at a Glance
This is me with my two adorable, yet silly children - Kylan and Braelynn.
As you can see I have two children who keep me very busy. Braelynn started JK this year, and Ky is 2.5. Besides playing soccer, my after work life revolves around my children's many activities, hissy fits and potty training.
I have been teaching Gr. 7/8 at Highland Creek for a few years. Before 'the Creek' I taught grade 8 and 9 for six years. Teaching middle school is my passion, I really enjoy preparing students for High School & beyond. I always tell my students I wouldn't trade my career for any other, although it wasn't my first career. When I graduated University I worked in the technology field, hence my great love for technology. I thought I knew everything about computers until I became a teacher. It is amazing how much I can learn from my students, technology wise and in other areas.
My hope for my students is for them to be successful, to feel comfortable enough to take risks and most importantly to be themselves. I always say there is one thing no one can ever steal from you - your knowledge.
